Legal Declaration & PDPA Consent

1. Data Accuracy: I declare that all personal and bank details provided are accurate. The Company is not liable for delayed or failed payments caused by my incorrect information.

2. PDPA Consent & Media Rights: I consent to the processing of my personal data for administrative purposes (PDPA 2010). I also grant the Company absolute, royalty-free rights to use my submitted photos and likeness for corporate marketing, social media, and business profiles.

3. Independent Contractor Status: I acknowledge that I am engaged as an independent contractor for a specific project. This does not constitute a permanent employer-employee relationship.

4. Strict Confidentiality (NDA): I agree to keep all information belonging to the Company and its Clients (e.g., Grab, TNG Digital, Pensonic) strictly confidential. Unauthorized leaking of client data will result in legal action and forfeiture of payment.

5. Conduct, Penalties & Property: The Company reserves the absolute right to deduct or forfeit my payment in cases of disciplinary issues, no-shows, lateness, or damage/loss of property belonging to the Company or its Clients.
